A six-course tasting menu celebrating peak summer produce, with flavors inspired by Asian and New American cooking. Curated wine & cocktails will be available for for purchase with your ticket. Non-alcoholic options also available.

Roasted piquillo pepper, anchovy, mahon cheese and sherry aioli on ciabatta
Mushroom pate, pickled cherry and chives on toasted milkbread

Roasted Poblano Gazpacho
King crab and cucumber salad, seasoned creme fraîche, cornbread croutons and lemon oil

Hamachi Melon Crudo
Seasonal melon, tomato water dashi, shisho leaf oil and mint

Sweet Corn Tagliolini
Sautéed corn, dashi, smoky bacon, miso, garlic and pickled hon shimeji mushrooms
