On Thursday, June 18th Moss will be taking over Apollo’s, a private loft and terrace in Chinatown. We’ll be doing a 6 course tasting menu with exquisite local seafood and early summer produce, along with a curated wine tasting by certified somm Sarvi Chafik.

Lardo crostini, dressed peas, mint, and Calabrian chili
Roasted Summer Onions
Lemon mascarpone, fava and arugula salad, and pecorino frico
Stuffed & Braised Squid
Fregola, sautéed Swiss chard, and sourdough breadcrumbs
Seared Duck Breast
Caramelized cabbage, duck jus, roasted chanterelles, cherries, and walnuts
Orange Almond Cake
Orange caramel, poached rhubarb, crème fraîche gelato, and lemon verbena
