On Thursday, June 18th Moss will be taking over Apollo’s, a private loft and terrace in Chinatown. We’ll be doing a 6 course tasting menu with exquisite local seafood and early summer produce, along with a curated wine tasting by certified somm Sarvi Chafik.
6:15 and 9pm seatings. Hosted at Apollo’s 27 Allen Street in Chinatown.

Chilled carrot & orange soup
Served with diver scallops, toasted sunflower seeds and shiso
Leek terrine
Marinated mussels and a rhubarb-chili mignonette
Kombu-cured scallop
Brushed with brown butter and served atop a fricassée of peas and lettuce, topped with breadcrumbs, bottarga, and lemon
Cavatelli with peas and lobster
Topped with ricotta salata, brown butter, and mint
Lamb tenderloin with mushroom gratin
Nestled atop sautéed lambs quarters, green garlic soubise, and lamb jus
Brown butter almond cake
Served with macerated strawberries, crème fraîche & honey ice cream, and lemon verbena
