Join MOSS for the first bites of spring. We’ll be celebrating the start of the season with fresh produce from Hudson Valley farms and fine ingredients from purveyors across NYC.

Our 5 course tasting menu will have a wine pairing available as a supplement, curated by the wonderful team at Rosso Wine bar.

Warm spring vegetable salad with a serrano chile hollandaise, pickled rhubarb, smoky bacon and kumquats

Carrot & orange soup
Chilled carrot soup served with diver scallops, toasted sunflower seeds and shiso

Shrimp à la nage
Poached shrimp atop gnocchi parisienne, charred snap peas and horseradish

Roasted squid
Roasted chorizo-stuffed squid, braised swiss chard, olives and sautéed morel mushrooms

Orange upside down cake
Warm orange cake, crème fraîche gelato, orange curd and caramelized almonds
